Lindsey is based in NYC and has been helping brands grow on social media for almost 10 years. With graduate school & an early career in Psychology, this training underlies her work and offers unique empathy & insights as a marketer optimizing brands’ digital presence. She has contributed to TV media segments, spoke as a panelist for several events and conferences, produced a 4-time major charity fashion show Northern Vogue and has been featured in all local Minneapolis press for her Instagram presence & leadership as a woman in business. Lindsey was named 32 under 32 in 2017 with AdFed Minnesota. She has served on the Fashion Group International Board in Minneapolis & volunteers now with New York Junior League.
JACKIE CHAMBERLIN, GLOBAL OPERATION MANAGER
Jackie is an experienced Social Media/Digital Specialist with a background in Brand Management for celebrities and businesses in New York City. With experience in production, account management, and digital entities - she oversees all of our teams here at by Niche.
TRENT THORNE, PROJECT MANAGER
Trent is born and raised in New Jersey. He started his career in photography about a year ago and adds a creative eye to the by Niche team. He loves creating story visuals for clients and attending client events.

Stephanie is a kindergarten teacher turned HR professional, love of people and building relationships. Her Primary focus is on recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement. Originally from the Midwest - She grew up in Northern Wisconsin where she met our fearless leader and CEO, Lindsey Higgins. Go Pack Go!
NICOLE BONANNI, BRAND MANAGER
Nicole has a love for sharing stories. Living through experience she feels has been the best lesson and way to adapt to the fast paced NYC lifestyle. From studying TV Production and acting, having her personality be her vehicle to share peoples stories was her niche. She has dabbled in fashion, fitness, and beauty to learn all the best ways to spread awareness of great brands. No matter the situation, she believes we are all in this together and can learn from each other.
TARA MARANDA, BRAND MANAGER
Minnesota born, Tara’s journey began with by Niche while working full-time in the healthcare industry. In college, she majored in Marketing and was feeling the need for more creativity in her life. She joined by Niche via our Career Stretch program and after six months was offered the Brand Manager position. Working with by Niche has given her an exciting and creative outlet in her life that she was missing.
Michelle comes from a marketing and communications background and has over 5 years of experience working in brand marketing and PR in the fashion and luxury spheres. She is a Columbia University alum with her master's in Strategic Communication and has been living in New York for 4 years. She joined the by Niche team at the end of 2019 and manages the paid ads strategy for all clients.
